Information for authors

Conference proceedings will be prepared, containing the manuscripts and/or extended abstracts. Authors should prepare their contributions using the templates below.

For preparing the Abstract, please use the Abstract Template.

To submit an extended abstract (up to 2 pages), please use the Extended Abstract Template.

To submit a manuscript (4-12 pages), please use the Manuscript Template.

Oral presentation at the conference

The duration of the oral presentation at the conference is limited to 20 minutes (15 for presentation, 5 for discussion).

Poster presentation

Poster should be 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Please make sure that all text, graphs and figures are clearly visible.
