Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities

Sponsors/exhibitors are welcome to participate in this conference.

1. Sponsorship

You can participate as a conference sponsor for 300 €: your company will be prominently listed as an official sponsor on the conference website and in all available conference materials. You can also hang a banner with your company logo in the conference hall.
 

2. Exhibitors 

You can participate as an exhibitor for 500 €. This includes a stand where you can display your promotional material during the conference and one person. For each additional person from your company, a fee of 330 € is payable.
 

3. Sponsors and exhibitors

You can also participate as a sponsor and an exhibitor for 700 €: your company will be listed as an official sponsor on the conference website and in all conference materials. The fee also includes a stand where your material will be displayed during the conference and one person. For each additional person from your company, a fee of 330 € is payable.

Payment of the sponsorship/exhibitor fee does not entitle you to attend the conference (participation in the presentations).
